Our Annual Business Plan 2026/2027

Our Annual Business Plan sets out what we will prioritise during 2026/27, how we will focus our activity, and what success will look like for members, employers and the organisation as we enter the final year of our current Corporate Plan.

Our Business Priorities for 2026/27 are:

  • Deliver statutory programmes, including completing as much McCloud Remedy activity as possible and preparing for onboarding to the Pensions Dashboard
  • Improve and stabilise our core services, ensuring pensions are paid accurately and on time while reducing avoidable rework and improving value for money
  • Strengthen governance, assurance and controls across the organisation to support confident decisionmaking and effective risk management
  • Invest in our people, capability and culture to build a resilient, skilled and supported workforce, ready to deliver both current commitments and future change

This plan reflects a deliberate focus on stability, delivery and strengthening our foundations as we prepare for the next Corporate Plan period from April 2027.
