Cost Reimbursement
Cost reimbursement is available for individuals who are eligible for the McCloud 2015 Remedy and have pensionable service in the period between 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2022, known as ‘the remedy period’.

Applications can be made by remedy members, their personal representatives (in the case of deceased members), or designated individuals holding power of attorney.
Eligible claims must relate to specific financial losses attributable to a breach of non-discrimination rules, the application of the 2015 Remedy itself, or a 'Part 4 tax loss' as defined by the Finance Act 2004.
