Pension Scheme Governance
Scheme Advisory and Pension Boards have been established from the 1st April under the new governance arrangements brought in under the 2013 Public Service Pensions Act.
These boards have been introduced to enhance transparency and accountability across public service schemes. There are five policy-focussed Scheme Advisory Boards and four delivery-focussed Pension Boards.
