We have launched Engage, a new online pension portal that gives you quick and easy access to information about your pension.

You can use Engage to:

  • access your pension documents, such as Annual Benefit Statements (ABS) or pension payslips
  • update your email address, phone number, and home address
  • update your bank details if you are retired

Login or create your Engage account

Accessing our MyPension Online portal

Our old MyPension Online portal will be phased out until it is taken fully offline on 31 March 2027.

While most services have now moved to Engage, there are some tasks that still require access to MyPension Online. These include:

  • viewing historic ABS documents for members who are still paying into the pension scheme
  • updating who receives your pension when you die, also known as your beneficiaries

We are continuing to develop Engage and over time will provide access to more services online.
