This accessibility statement applies to SPPA Online Forms delivered through the Dynamic Forms platform.
This statement applies only to SPPA Online Forms and does not apply to the wider SPPA website or any other SPPA digital services, which may have separate accessibility statements.

SPPA is committed to making its online services accessible and usable for as many people as possible.

Technical information about this service's accessibility
SPPA is committed to making SPPA Online Forms accessible in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Compliance status
SPPA Online Forms are built using the Dynamic Forms platform, which has been designed to support compliance with recognised accessibility standards.
Accessibility testing specific to these SPPA Online Forms has not yet been completed. As a result, compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard has not yet been formally assessed for these forms.
We intend to review and test the accessibility of SPPA Online Forms and will update this statement once testing has taken place.
