New online member portal for Police and Firefighters

The next phase of our new online platform, called Engage, will be rolled out later this month. In this phase, Police and Firefighter scheme members will be able to create an account and login.

What is Engage and why we’re launching a new member portal

Our current portal (MSS) has reached the end of its operating life, which means it will soon stop receiving important security and technical updates that keep it running smoothly.

Engage is a modern replacement that will give you a better experience. It’s designed to be more accessible and easier to use across a wide range of devices.

When can you login or create an account

We're currently testing Engage to make sure everything is working as it should. 

We'll contact members of our Police and Firefighter schemes from Wednesday 18 February to confirm when Engage is ready for you to create an account.

What you can do to prepare

There is no action for you to take just now.

We will get in touch when Engage launches with instructions to help you create an account.

What will happen to your current MSS account

You won’t be able to access your MSS account once Engage is available. 

Don’t worry though, when you login to Engage, you will see many of the same features that you are familiar with.
