Our Engage pension portal is now available to retired NHS and Teachers' scheme members.

This means that our new pension portal is now available to members of our NHS, Teachers, Police and Firefighter schemes.

What is Engage

Engage is a replacement for our current pension portals. Our NHS and Teachers portal, MyPension Online, will be phased out early next year.

Engage has been designed with accessibility in mind and it will be easier to use across a wide range of devices.

What can you do on Engage

You can use Engage to:

  • view your pension documents, such as payslips and P60s
  • view and update your personal details
  • view and update your bank details
  • contact us

We will be adding new features for all of our pension schemes throughout 2026.

Important information for MyPension Online users

If you currently use our MyPension Online (MPO) service to access your pension information, your account will remain active until 31 March 2027. You can still login to view historic documents and update your beneficiary information.

However, no new information will be added to your MPO account.

This means your future pension payslips and P60s will be uploaded to Engage only. Historic documents published will also be available to view on Engage.

How to register

We will be sending out registration emails between 14 and 17 July 2026 to retired members who have an email address on their record. These emails contain a link to Engage and a useful guide to help you create an account.

If you haven’t received an email or you want to register early, you can visit the online services page on our website.
