July 2020: Important COVID-19 (Coronavirus) update – Reduced telephony service
We’re continuing to follow Scottish and UK Government guidance and taken the appropriate preventative measures to protect our colleagues and services. We’re well prepared for the spread of the virus and continuing to deliver core services.
We are reviewing our current operations and will continue to deliver a reduced telephony service with our teams responding to ill health, injury and bereavement enquiries only. For colleague safety, our Mailroom will also be on a reduced resource, so your response may take longer than usual. You can read an update from Royal Mail on the Coronavirus here.
